My first golfing memory is hitting golf balls on a school field with my grandfather during the school holidays. I was eight years old and as soon as I hit the first ball I was hooked. I joined the local golf club soon after and with some encouragement from the club professional I entered my first competition after my 3rd lesson. I won that event with 52 points.

Quickly improving throughout my teenage years I won numerous junior titles as well as 3 consecutive Men’s County Championships. My first international break came when I was asked to represent England in the Dutch U 21 Championship where I finished 8th. My next cap proved to be far more memorable, I was selected to compete in the Greek Amateur Championship which I went on to win by 10 shots. More selections followed including getting capped in the European Youths Championship and being a member of the winning Home Internationals team in 2004.

I turned professional September 2006 with a goal to be on the European Challenge Tour by the end of the following year. After playing very consistently through the 2007 Tour School I finished 53rd giving me my full card on the Challenge Tour along with a category on the European Tour for 2008.

I won my first professional title in 2010 – The Open de Mogador on the Alps tour, followed by another victory in the Pro 66 Tour Final.

I started studying to become a teaching professional in 2011. I enjoy passing on my knowledge of tournament golf to others and developing my own style of golf coaching.
